Birria Quesadilla
Large 12 inch flour tortilla grilled and folded in half and filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, cilantro, onion and choice of beef or chicken.
Served with a small Consommé.

Grilled Chicken Fajita Quesadilla
The satisfying taste of Mexican grilled chicken, fire roasted onions and peppers with melted cheese and Pico de Gallo stuffed into a a large tortilla, folded and grilled. Served with a side of Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo and Sunrise Salsa.

Sunrise Veggie Quesadilla
A giant flour tortilla filled with roasted red and yellow belle peppers, onions, Pico de Gallo and cheese. Grilled and served with Sour Cream, Sunrise Salsa and John’s Hot Salsa.
